The ZAZN electric double seat regulating valve receives DC current signals from the regulating instrument, changes the flow rate of the regulated medium, and maintains the controlled process parameters at the given values. Widely used in the production automation control of industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, papermaking, etc.
The nominal diameter of this series of products ranges from 20 to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa. The operating temperature range is from -250 ℃ to 450 ℃, and the received signal is from 0 to 10mA DC or 4-20mA DC. Electric double seat regulating valve is suitable for situations with large pressure difference. According to the material of the sealing part of the valve, there are two types of seals: metal metal and non-metal metal seals (the latter can achieve a leakage rate of VI level 9 zero leakage when the valve is closed). According to the different packing materials, it can be divided into two types: general packing seal and corrugated pipe seal. The former is used for general occasions, while the latter is used for special occasions where leakage is not allowed. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. There are two types of actuators available: ordinary and electronic. A variety of varieties and specifications are available for selection.

The adjustable range is large, with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50, and the flow characteristics include straight lines and equal percentages.
The electric double seat regulating valve has low unbalanced force, good valve stability, and large pressure difference during use.
The regulating cut-off type adopts a soft sealing structure valve core, which meets the VI level leakage standard (zero leakage).
The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback, which can improve the accuracy of automatic adjustment.
There are various forms of electric operators that can be applied to 4-20mA DC or 0~10mA DC。
Electronic electric control valves can be directly controlled by current signals to regulate valve opening, without the need for servo amplifiers.
The bellows sealed regulating valve forms a complete seal against the moving valve stem, blocking fluid leakage.
